I lindur në vitin 1993, Daniel Nikolla është një Marketer i Çertifikuar, sipërmarrës dhe lider komuniteti në Britaninë e Madhe. Aktualisht, ai drejton agjencinë e marketingut Merx Marketing dhe rrjetin e profesionistëve shqiptarë në zonën e Birminghamit, Angli.
Në vitet 2023-2024, ai shërbeu si President i Bordit të "Generation Next", pjesë e Dhomës së Tregtisë në rajonin East Midlands, Angli. Më parë, gjatë viteve 2015-2016, ai ishte President i Unionit të Studentëve dhe anëtar i bordit drejtues të kolegjit "City and Islington College". Në të njëjtën periudhë, ai u votua i pari mes 50 kandidaturave për t’u bërë pjesë e Bordit të Unionit të Studentëve të Britanisë së Madhe.
Puna e tij e palodhur në Angli i ka mundësuar fitimin e disa çmimeve në fushën e biznesit dhe atë akademike, duke përfshirë:
